Tickets and refunds
Tickets are sold by the host, on the host's own page. Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the host you booked with. Their contact details are on your booking confirmation.
Subscriptions
A subscription is bought through Apple or Google, and they handle billing and refunds. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play settings.
A listing that looks wrong
Write to us with the name of the event and what is wrong. We check it with the host.
Something that happened at an event
Tell the host or the venue staff at the time. If you are in danger, call the emergency services. Then write to us, so we can review the listing.
