Help

Delete your account.

You can delete your Poise account yourself, in the app, at any time. You can also ask us to do it.

In the app

  1. 1Open Poise and go to Settings.
  2. 2Choose Erase all my data.
  3. 3Confirm with Erase everything.

This deletes your account and everything stored against it on our servers, then clears the app on your phone.

By email

Write to valentin@poisedating.co from the address on your account, or tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

Ask us to delete it

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign in.
  • Your setup answers, including who you want to meet.
  • Your challenge history and progress.
  • The record of listings you opened, where it is tied to your account.

What is kept

  • Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which they keep under their own policies.
  • Analytics that are not tied to your account and cannot be traced back to you.
  • Any booking you made with a host. That record is the host's.

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription

A subscription is billed by Apple or Google and keeps running until you cancel it. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions.
