The kind of house party you wish your friends threw, except 80+ single people are invited.

There's a room tucked away in Shoreditch that feels suspiciously like someone's front room. Your first drink is waiting when you arrive. Then, much like every good house party, the plan gets considerably less specific.

Someone will say hello, you'll end up joining another conversation. Someone will suggest a game with people you didn't know twenty minutes ago, and at some point you forget you came to an event at all.

Before the night, we'll ask you a few quick questions to help us make a couple of introductions when you arrive. We'll introduce you to one person early on, armed with a question card should you want one, and another a little later. Nobody moving tables every seven minutes.

Some people arrive with someone they know. Most arrive knowing nobody. By the end of the evening, it becomes surprisingly difficult to tell which was which.
