Anti dating app social, Chicago launch

About this night.

Chicago, we're here. BODA is officially launching in Chicago, and for our very first night in the city, we're taking over Moxy Chicago for a big, gorgeous, dressy singles night.

Think: a room full of single people who actually want to meet someone, great music, drinks flowing, flirting encouraged, phones down and absolutely no standing in a corner pretending to text. This isn't speed dating. There are no awkward rotations, no name badges and no forced matching. It's just a really great night out, where everyone happens to be single.

The vibe: wear the outfit you've been waiting for an excuse to wear. Come for a drink, stay for the night, flirt with someone you might never have swiped right on and see what happens. Expect our iconic BODA meet cute cards and our hosts on hand to introduce people, plenty of opportunities to chat and a room designed to make actually talking to strangers feel normal again.

Coming alone? Good. Around 95% of people come to BODA events solo, so please don't wait for a single friend to come with you. We know walking into a singles event alone can feel terrifying. We also know that ten minutes later, you'll wonder what you were worried about.

The BODA boundaries: respect the rejection. No creep zone: flirting, yes, making someone uncomfortable, absolutely not. Talk to people outside your usual swipe type. Don't spend the whole night on your phone. Be brave, say hello, give the compliment, make the first move.

This is a singles event, so please only book if you're genuinely single. Tickets are limited and our events regularly sell out by gender, so book early. You don't need a plus one. You might meet one there.
